Shibuya Crossing

9 Apr

Tokyo is full of hustle and bustle, and a great example of this is the Shibuya crossing. Tons of people crossing from all directions. It’s pretty amazing!

Here’s two clips we took, one while crossing ourselves, and another viewpoint from upstairs in the Shibuya station. Enjoy!

Great images — I love Shibuya!. We also took shots from the same angle but our camera just didn’t do the phenomenal crowd justice.

Japan is a very safe country. We never have any fear of pickpockets and people still routinely leave their purses lying around and their bicycles unlocked.

Funny! I’ve got to experience it for myself…soon…

Do they have pickpockets in Japan nowadays? I remember when we went people routinely parked their rolling carts and baby strollers full of shopping bags outside restaurants, went in for a meal, and nothing was taken.

We met you at Bella Hostel in Santiago (my husband is a doctor) I know you were not too keen on Easter Island, but we absolutely loved our time there!! It is a magical place! Anyhow, it looks like you are having an amazing journey thus far. Japan is wonderful, isn’t it!! Enjoy your travels!

Hi Betty! Glad you enjoyed Easter Island too! The sunrises and sunsets are amazing there.

Japan is such a wonderful place, I wish we could have stayed longer.
